1. What the service is

AV Diagram is a web application to draw, document and share connection diagrams for audiovisual equipment. It runs in the browser and needs no installation.

There is a free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page and may change; if a change affects you while you are paying, we will tell you before it applies.

2. Your account

You need an account to store diagrams. Give accurate details and keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens through your account.

You must be of legal age or have permission from your legal representative. An account belongs to one person; to work as a team, use invitations.

3. Your content

The diagrams, devices, templates, logos and data you upload remain yours. You allow us to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.

If you publish a device or a template in the marketplace, you accept that other users can see and use it inside the application. You can withdraw it at any time; copies already made by others in their diagrams are not deleted.

Do not upload content you are not allowed to share: protected material without permission, personal data of third parties you should not process, or someone else’s confidential information.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• try to access other people’s diagrams or accounts;
• overload, probe or tamper with the service;
• resell access to the service without a prior agreement;
• use the application for anything illegal or harmful to others.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown without VAT, which is added where applicable.

You can cancel at any time from your settings: you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid and then move to the Free plan. Periods already started are not refunded unless the law says otherwise.

If a payment fails, the plan may revert to Free. Your diagrams are not deleted, but paid features stop being available.

6. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be downtime for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

The service is provided "as is". Diagrams are technical documentation: review them before using them in a real setup. We are not liable for damage arising from decisions made from a diagram.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

None of this limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as wilful misconduct or personal injury.

8. Closing the account

You can delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, giving notice whenever possible.

Closing the account deletes your diagrams. If you need to keep them, export them to PDF first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or inside the application with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service means accepting them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer rules set a different venue. Write to [email protected] and we will try to sort things out first.
