1. What data we process

Depending on how you use the application, we process:

• account data: name, email and encrypted password;
• billing data when you subscribe to a paid plan (handled by Stripe; we never store your card number);
• the content you create: diagrams, devices, templates, clients and logos you upload;
• minimal technical data such as server logs.

2. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To provide the service and maintain your account: performance of the contract you accept when registering.

To charge paid plans and meet accounting and tax obligations: performance of the contract and legal compliance.

To tell you about important service changes: legitimate interest in keeping you informed.

To send you commercial messages, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who else sees your data

We only share data with the providers we need for the application to work, under a data processing agreement: the hosting provider running the server and database, Stripe for payments, and the email provider for service messages.

If you share a diagram with someone, that person sees its content. If you publish a device or template in the marketplace, other users see what you publish and your user name.

We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you delete it, we remove your data and diagrams, except what we must keep by law, such as invoices, for the statutory periods.

5. Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data and request portability by writing to [email protected]. We will answer within the legal deadline.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted passwords, restricted database access and encrypted communications. No system is infallible; if a breach affected you, we would tell you.

7. Minors

The service is intended for professional use and is not aimed at children under 14. If we find an account of a minor without authorisation, we will delete it.
